What to know before you sign up
- Is CostTrak available right now?
- Yes. The contractor beta is live and open to sign-ups. New applicants are reviewed and onboarded on a rolling basis.
- What devices and platforms are supported?
- CostTrak runs as a responsive web app in any modern browser, on desktop, tablet, or phone. No install is required.
- Does the beta use TestFlight?
- No. There is no iOS app or TestFlight build at this time. CostTrak is accessed through the web.
- Is there a web version?
- Yes — the web app is the product. It's built to work well on a phone browser in the field, not just at a desk.
- What's the status of Android support?
- There is no native Android app. The web app works in any Android browser today.
- What does the beta cost, and will that change?
- The CostTrak contractor beta is currently free. Pricing for the full release has not yet been finalized.
- How often does CostTrak update?
- The beta ships updates frequently while core workflows are being refined. There is no fixed release schedule yet.
- How do I give feedback?
- Use the "Main job-costing problem" field on this form, or reach us through the Contact page — every submission is reviewed by the team building CostTrak.
- How do I report a bug?
- Reach us through the Contact page with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
- Can I export my data?
- Quotes and invoices can be exported as PDF today. Broader account data export (CSV/JSON) is planned but not yet available.
- How do I delete my beta account?
- Reach us through the Contact page to request account deactivation or deletion of your organization's data.
